No purchasing inventory, warehousing it, no need to operate a picking line or shipping station, and forget having to coordinate orders or manage backordered items. It is all handled for you!

When your customer places an order, we receive the notices, and the order goes to our order fulfillment facility. Orders may be shipped from any one of our warehouses, and will generally be grouped into the most cost effective shipping options.

You can track the order status in your Admin area, and provide customer service as needed.

Packages are shipped with YOUR return address on the package, so your customer stays your customer.

We use a range of shippers, depending on the destination and size of the package. We may use any of the following shippers: UPS, FED-EX, EMS, POST OFFICE, TNT.

Customer Return Policy

Customers who are not satisfied with the ordered products may return the product in original condition (plastic bag and a copy of the order) within 15 days from delivery date as shown in the AIRWAY BILL.

We do not accept return of used items.

Return must be made by EMS or MAIL CERTIFICATE; customer takes responsibility for return shipping.

Order Turnaround Time

Within 24-48 hours after approval of payment (except for weekends and Thai National Public Holidays). If any of the items are out of stock, we will credit on your account.

Customer Billing

Customer card is billed at the time of order – this is standard for most online businesses. If anything interferes with order fulfillment, the funds will remain on account, and can be applied to the customer’s next order.
